Job Description
1) Recognize the human resources the client organization needs and find appropriate and talented candidates.
2) To assist senior staff members who serve as executives and middle managers in switching to non-Indian organizations and advancing their careers.
3) To establish a trustworthy, long-term relationship between the applicant and the client firm, and to listen to their needs while offering the best human resource consulting services on their behalf.
4) Use hiring to aid in the client company’s continued development.


Assistance in hiring for non-Indian businesses
Recognize market trends and the technology and business of our clients.
Develop new customers.
Understand the hiring requirements of customers.
Offer advisory services to assist with meeting hiring requirements.
Manage the entire hiring procedure.

Assistance for candidates’ career development

  • Work together as a team to find qualified applicants from candidate sources.
  • Making appointments with applicants by phone and email.
  • Link our applicants’ objectives with the advantages and benefits of our clients.
  • Convince applicants to act in a courteous and professional way.
  • Consult with candidates to learn about their abilities, key competencies, and professional aspirations.
